Olga Shvetsov

Hi, I’m Olga! I’m a Mortgage Agent in Ontario with over 20 years of experience working behind the scenes as an underwriter. Today, I use that experience to help people like you actually get approved and feel confident about their mortgage decisions. I especially love helping clients who feel stuck or overlooked, whether you’re self-employed, new to Canada, dealing with credit challenges, carrying debts in arrears, or were declined by a bank. I take the time to understand your situation, structure your application properly, and connect you with the right lender or solution for your needs. I can also help guide clients through options for settling debts in arrears as part of an overall financial and mortgage strategy. My approach is simple: honest advice, smart strategy, and real support every step of the way.
